Diabetes Prevention Program | Get started in September or October

Small changes can make a big difference in your health and helping you to prevent the development of type 2 diabetes.

Corewell Health's Diabetes Prevention Program is led by trained lifestyle coaches who will give you skills you need to make lasting, healthy lifestyle changes.

Participants must be at least 18 years old with prediabetes or at risk of developing type 2 diabetes (overweight, 45 or older, hypertension, family member with diabetes) and have never been diagnosed with diabetes.

You do not need a referral from your medical provider. Pre-registration is required.
